Welcome to Aeroflow Pharmacy’s refill system
To access your prescription profile for the first time, you will need to register. To complete the registration process, you will need the following information:
- For the security of your prescription information, the system will send you a confirmation to an email address to activate your account. You must have an email address to utilize this system.
- You will need the last 4 digits of your social security number.
In our pharmacy system, each person has their own unique prescription profile. Each family member will need to register separately to have access to their prescription profile.
Registration Process
- Click on Sign up at the top of the page
- Create your login
- Type in your email address (a confirmation will be sent to this address,and you can access your prescription profile immediately)
- Create a password and confirm
- You will need the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- Type in the date of birth of the person’s profile your are accessing (remember each family member will need a separate login and password to access their unique profile).
- Type in your zip code of the address that Aeroflow Pharmacy has on file for you.
- Click on the sign up button at the bottom of the page.
You will be sent a confirmation and link from GuardianRx.net/Aeroflow and will be taken to your profile immediately.Keep your login and password in a safe place for the security of your prescription information.
